How to Use
Topical application of Vicks Vaporub on chest, neck, forehead and back can be done gently rubbing, two to three times a day. It can also be inhaled as steam. Prepare a bowl of hot water that is not boiling and add one to two teaspoons of Vicks Vaporub. Inhale the vapours with a towel over your head for 10 mins to ease difficulties in breathing and congestion of the nose. Steam inhalation for children must be done under adult supervision.
